How We Hire

Four steps, about four weeks.

We tell you where you stand at every stage, and we tell you quickly. You will not be left waiting on a decision that has already been made.

Send your CV and a short covering note to the address below, naming the role. Two paragraphs is plenty — tell us what you have actually done, not what you aspire to.
A 45-minute call with the partner leading the practice. Less an interview than a discussion of the work you have done and the work you want to do.
A realistic drafting or advisory task, scoped to about two hours. We pay for your time on it. You keep the work.
A final meeting with two partners, then a written offer with the salary, review cycle and training budget set out plainly.
